All diagnostic services booked with Dr. Shastri Diagnostics are valid for 3 days from the date and time of invoice generation. After this 3-day window, services will be considered expired and will no longer be claimable.
In such cases, the company reserves the right to forfeit the fees already paid, with no obligation to refund or adjust the amount.
Customers are strongly advised to utilize the services within the validity period to avoid any inconvenience.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours from the time of booking.

Cancellation requests beyond 24 hours from the time of booking will not be eligible for a refund.
If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed only to the debit card, credit card, or bank account used during the original transaction. No refunds will be issued through cash or alternative payment methods.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. Please ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid any delays.
